  14. Hi Mike, my Boca VFC modem connects to just abput every 28.8 connection 
  15. at 26.4 or 28.8 99% of the time. It was one of the top rated modems 
  16. when it came out and since then the V.34 Boca has been released, but 
  17. does not perform near as well as my VFC $150 modem.
  18.  I have heard that Sportsters also were good at connections at high 
  19. speeds, but I have heard bad reports about them also.
